When a customer orders delivery on a marketplace, two things happen: (1) an order is placed and (2) a driver picks it up. The marketplace bundles these together and charges 25–30% for the package. Choose unbundles them: ordering happens on your website (where you control everything), and delivery is fulfilled by Uber's driver network (which handles the logistics).
